  1.   Strength

Pray that God gives them the strength to do what they need to do each day.
I can do all things through him who strengthens me. ~ Philippians 4:13

  1.   Peace

Ask that their hearts will be calm and peaceful as they go through their day and in their sleep at night.
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. ~ Philippians 4:6

  1.   Provision

Ask God to provide for all that they need – for stamina, spirit, and finances – for each day.
And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. ~ Philippians 4:19

  1.   Direction

Pray that the Lord will lead them as they begin to make more and more decisions as they get older.
Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths. Proverbs 3:5-6

  1.   Protection

Ask that God keeps them safe in this increasingly unsafe world. That He will protect them from harm and wickedness.
He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say to the Lord, “My refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.Psalm 91:1-2

  1.   Joy

Pray that God fills them with the kind of joy that can only come from Him.
You make known to me the path of life; in your presence there is fullness of joy; at your right hand are pleasures forevermore. ~ Psalm 16:11

  1.   Compassion

Pray that they will show compassion on those in need and who have less than they do.
Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you. ~ Ephesians 4:32

  1.   Justice

Ask God to give them a sense of justice – to stand up for what is right and to defend the weak.
Learn to do good; seek justice, correct oppression; bring justice to the fatherless, plead the widow’s cause. ~ Isaiah 1:17

  1.   Wisdom

Pray that they will grow in wisdom and understanding. That they’ll be more than “smart” and embrace what is good and right.
If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him. ~ James 1:5

  1.   Hope

Ask God to give them the hope that comes from above – the kind that far exceeds what we have in the here and now.
May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope. ~ Romans 15:13

  1.   Love

Pray that our children are filled with the love of God. That they will know how deeply they are loved, and that love will overflow onto others.
Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never ends. ~ 2 Corinthians 13

FINANCES

Scriptures to meditate on as we pray over our financial situation:

Ask the Lord to be the source of all our needs.

Ask the Lord to calm our restless heart regarding your finances.
Luke 12:29-31(NKJV) – “And do not seek what you should eat or what you should drink, nor have an anxious mind. For all these things the nations of the world seek after, and your Father knows that you need these things. But seek the kingdom of God, and all these things shall be added to you.”

Ask the Lord to give strength to the breadwinners breakthroughs of our homes.
Proverbs 14:23 (NIV) – “All hard work brings a profit, but mere talk leads only to poverty.”

Ask the Lord to relieve us of financial debt, by enabling us to pay back what we owe.
Psalm 37:21-24 (NIV) –
“The wicked borrow and do not repay, but the righteous give generously;
22 those the Lord blesses will inherit the land, but those he curses will be destroyed.
23 The Lord makes firm the steps of the one who delights in him;
24 though he may stumble, he will not fall, for the Lord upholds him with his hand.”

Ask the Lord to allow you to give more to those who are less fortunate.
Acts 20:35 (NKJV) – “I have shown you in every way, by laboring like this, that you must support the weak. And remember the words of the Lord Jesus, that He said, ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’”

Ask the Lord to change the attitude of your heart, to be more content in what you already have.
Philippians 4:11-13 (NIV) – “Not that I speak from want, for I have learned to be content in whatever circumstances I am. I know how to get along with humble means, and I also know how to live in prosperity; in any and every circumstance I have learned the secret of being filled and going hungry, both of having abundance and suffering need. I can do all things through Him who strengthens me.”

PRAYER AND FASTING

FEBRUARY

DAY – 1

FEBRUARY OUR MONTH OF TESTIMONY
I encourage you to get up early and by 6:00am and spend some time together committing the month of February into the hands of God.
Our desire is that February shall be a month of TESTIMONY for all our families, friends and church members in Jesus mighty name.

Prayer Points for February 2021

February is the second month and the number two among the twelve months of the year. The number two is a number of division or double witness. The number two in the Hebrew language is represented with a tent, a house, which suggests a household or family, on the basis of this fact we will dedicate the month of February unto the Lord for double evidence of His power and presence in our family, and stand against division in any form, shape, or size; securing our homes and household from every form of division and confusion in Jesus name.

  1. Let us give thanks to the Lord for His goodness and for His mercy towards us and our homes in February 2021.
  2. Let us plead for God’s mercy in any area that we have fallen short of His expectation in 2020, let us receive cleansing by the blood of Jesus Christ.
  3. Let us begin to commit February 2021 into the hands of the Lord. Let us declare before Him that He is our Father and that His banner over our homes is love. Let us declare that His mercy shall endure forever in our family in Jesus’ name.
  4. Let us declare and prophesy that our seed shall be established forever and our thrones shall be built to all generations in the name of Jesus Christ (Psalm 89:4).
  5. Let us declare and prophesy that our God shall be greatly feared, and highly reverenced by every member of our family in 2021 in Jesus’ mighty name. (Psalm 89:7).
  6. Let us declare and prophesy that every member of our family shall know the joyful sound of His presence; walk in the light of His countenance; rejoice in the mighty name of the Lord and shall be exalted in the righteousness of the Most High God throughout 2021 in Jesus’ name. (Psalm89:15-16).
  7. Let us prophesy and declare that the glory of the Lord Almighty shall be the strength of our lives, and members of our household, and in the favour of the Most High God our horns shall be exalted in Jesus’ name. (Psalm 89:17).
  8. Let us declare and prophesy that our family, communities, cities and nation shall not suffer division or experience desolation, but we shall stand strong in the power of the Most High God in 2021, in the name of Jesus Christ. (Matthew12:25).
  9. Let us declare and prophesy that our family and household in 2021 shall be the centre of evidence of God’s power, presence and provision in Jesus’ Mighty name. (Acts 14:3).
  10. Let us declare and prophesy that in 2021 violence shall not be heard in our compound, neither shall wasting nor destruction be witnessed within our borders, but our walls shall be called salvation and our gates shall be called praise in Jesus’ mighty name. (Isaiah 60:18)
  11. Let us declare and prophesy that our children shall not be polluted by rebellious spirit, and shall not be contaminated by lying spirit, but our sons shall be as plants grown up in their youth; and our daughters shall be as pillars sculptured in palace style in Jesus’ name. (Pslam144:11-12)
